Threads of Envy is a side quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV). Read on to learn how to unlock Threads of Envy, a list of quest objectives, rewards, as well as a complete walkthrough.

The Threads of Envy quest immediately becomes available after finishing Untangling Truths, and is the final part of the series of side quests following Roina.
Untangling Truths Quest Walkthrough and Rewards
| Objective | |

| 1 | Meet Roina at the Eternal Watch Head northeast to the Eternal Watch to meet with Roina. Talk to her to gain access to the dungeon and begin the quest. |
| 2 |  Search for the Water Wight Make your way through the dungeon and defeat the enemies along the way. The Water Wight can be found at the end of the dungeon. |
| 3 |  Talk to Roina Upon reaching the Effigy, talk to Roina to progress the quest. |
| 4 |  Defeat the Sodden Effigy Defeat the Sodden Effigy and its summons. During the fight, the Effigy will become invulnerable while Sodden Growths are present, so keep in mind to destroy those first! |
| 5 |  Speak with Roina in Marowen Exit the dungeon and follow Roina back to Marowen. Talk to her to finish the quest and obtain your rewards. |
