After finishing Whispers From Below, talk to Roina.

Diablo 4 - Follow Roina
Follow Roina
Follow Roina to the Abandoned Cove and talk to her to progress the quest.

Diablo 4 - Collect Hair from Sodden Growth
Collect Hair from the Sodden Growth
Interact with the Sodden Growth in front of Roina. You must collect the 5 Sodden Growth Hairs from the area.

Collect Hair from the Second Sodden Growth
From the first Sodden Growth, head north to find the Sodden Growth behind an abandoned house.

Collect Hair from the Third Sodden Growth
Head towards the center of the highlighted area to find a larg house wreckage. Go inside to retreive the Sodden Growth hair.

Collect Hair from the Fourth Sodden Growth
Slightly to the east of the first Growth, there is a wrecked house. Go inside to retreive the Sodden Growth hair.

Lastly, just north of the Third Sodden Growth, you can find another growth behind the destroyed hut.
