The Sodden Pact quest immediately becomes available after finishing Whispers From Below, and is a part of a series of side quests following Roina.
Whispers From Below Quest Walkthrough and Rewards

| 1 | Talk to Roina After finishing Whispers From Below, talk to Roina. |
| 2 |  Follow Roina Follow Roina to the Abandoned Cove and talk to her to progress the quest. |
| 3 |  Collect Hair from the Sodden Growth Interact with the Sodden Growth in front of Roina. You must collect the 5 Sodden Growth Hairs from the area. |
| 3 |  Collect Hair from the Second Sodden Growth From the first Sodden Growth, head north to find the Sodden Growth behind an abandoned house. |
| 4 |  Collect Hair from the Third Sodden Growth Head towards the center of the highlighted area to find a larg house wreckage. Go inside to retreive the Sodden Growth hair. |
| 5 |  Collect Hair from the Fourth Sodden Growth Slightly to the east of the first Growth, there is a wrecked house. Go inside to retreive the Sodden Growth hair. |
| 6 |  Collect Hair from the Fifth Sodden Growth Lastly, just north of the Third Sodden Growth, you can find another growth behind the destroyed hut. |
| 7 |  Investigate the Beach with Roina Head west towards the small islet to progress the quest. |
| 8 |  Speak with Roina Talk to Roina to finish the quest and obtain your rewards. |
