Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TotK - Penn Quest
The Lucky Clover Gazette offers a chain of side adventures called the Potential Princess Sightings. It is not required to complete this side adventure to complete all the Main Quests, but it is recommended to do as it centers around the Princess Zelda's appearances.

You'll be helping Penn investigate all these situations and you can activate new adventures by talking to him when visiting stables.
