During Blood Moon, everything in the overworld will respawn. You can collect weapons, materials, and any other items that you already once obtained. You will need to wait 7 in-game days, however, to force a Blood Moon.
Blood Moon Explained
If you do not want to wait for another Blood Moon, you can try the farming method to reproduce materials. This is a no-effort way to get valuable materials like Endura Carrot and Hearty Radish, and you only need to wait two in-game days to harvest your crops.
However, you can only do these on selected materials. You can only plant materials that are crops in nature.
How to Farm Crops
Overworld Zonai Devices are the only items you can respawn multiple times. All you need to do is fast travel from one place to another to respawn them. Additionally, these devices will also respawn even after death, unlike with other items that disappear as penalties.
Keep in mind that this only applies to overworld Zonai devices. Anything that came out of your pockets will not respawn.
