The most efficient way to farm for Rupees is to sell Meat Skewers made from Raw Prime Meat and Raw Gourmet Meat that you can obtain by defeating a particular Honeyvore Bear east of the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
You will only need the Bokoblin Mask that you can get after completing The Hunt for Bubbul Gems! side adventure. This farming method is not difficult and is recommended for early game and late game players.
Preparations for the Meat Skewer Farming Method | |

3 | Save the game when you see the Red Bokoblin riding a bear. If you are wearing the Bokoblin Mask, the Bokoblin will slowly approach you but will not attack. Note: If you have progressed through the main story quests, the Red Bokoblin will be replaced by a Silver Bokoblin. |
4 | Defeat only the bear using the arrows that you have farmed. |
5 | Pick up the materials that the bear dropped and save and reload. Make sure to pick up the materials quickly as possible as the Bokoblin may reach for it to eat it. |
6 | After reloading, the bear should respawn again so you can repeat the last two steps to obtain the materials. |
