Use a Boulder Hammer or Rock Hammer

You can use a fused Boulder Hammer or a Rock Hammer to destroy cracked rocks and walls at an area. It may take several attacks in order to completely destroy the wall.

Zelda TotK - Fuse any weapon with a rock or boulder
Use Fuse to combine your equipped weapon with a boulder or rock to create the fused Boulder Hammer or Rock Hammer.

Weapons with the Demolisher weapon modifier such as the Cobble Crusher and its sparkling variant are designed to break cracked walls and rocks. You can use these weapons as an alternative in case there are no boulders or rocks that you can fuse with.
