1. Travel Northwest From Popla Foothills Skyview Tower

Zelda TotK Popla Foothills Skyview Tower to Deya Village Ruins East Well

Instead of a cave, the entrance to Susub Shrine is actually a well that is located in Deya Village Ruins. The name of the well is Deya Village Ruins East Well and you can get to it by traveling northwest from Popla Foothills Skyview Tower.

2. Break the Rocks Blocking the Well Entrance

Once you've found the well entrance, break the rocks blocking it using Bomb Flowers or Boulder-Infused Weapons.

3. Enter the Well and Head West

Once the rocks have been cleared out, drop down to the bottom of the well. From here, head west past the broken tree trunk.

The surface of the cliff that you're going to climb to reach the shrine will be slippery. Because of this, we recommend using the Froggy Set so that you won't slip as you scale the cliff.

There is also a Stone Talus in the middle of the cave that you may want to avoid if you don't plan on fighting it.

4. Activate Susub Shrine

Once you've reached the shrine, simply examine its terminal to activate it.
