Zelda TOTK - Restart from the Last Save Point
When you lose all your hearts, you will receive a game over screen and a choice to continue from the last save point or quit to the title screen.

Red X Mark Appears on the Map

If you choose to continue from the last savepoint, you can open the map and see a red X mark. Highlighting it reveals the words "R.I.P.", indicating your place of death.

There is a chance that you may fall to your death if you run out of stamina while climbing. The Great Sky Island contains high places where you may accidentally fall from great height especially if you do not have a Paraglider yet.

Have a Fairy in Your Inventory to Revive You

If you have a Fairy in your inventory and you lose all your hearts, it will save you from death and restore 5 hearts in the process. It is recommended to have a Fairy with you especially when facing tough enemies and bosses.
