This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.
Head east from the Deku Tree until you see a Korok named Damia.
Interacting with her will begin the A Pretty Stone and Five Golden Apples Shrine Quest. If you already have the Golden Apples in your inventory, simply give it to her and proceed to Step 6 of this walkthrough.
She will tell you to head towards Mido Swamp. From there, you will need to go straight towards the path.
Use the glowing yellow lights in the forest as a guide to your path. You can choose Step 5 as an alternative option to acquire Golden Apples if you are unsure about heading to Mido Swamp.
You will encounter some Evermeans, Stalkoblins, and Stalmoblins along the way. Dispose of them to reach Mido Swamp.
Be careful not to go near the fog. Coming into contact with it will return you to your previous area.
Once you have arrived at Mido Swamp, you will see trees bearing Golden Apple fruits.
Cut them down so that you can collect the Golden Apples.
You can also choose to travel to Sonapan Shrine and acquire the Golden Apples from the nearby trees in the area.
Head back to Damia, and give her the five golden apples. She will agree to let you take the green crystal now.
From there, carry the green crystal and follow the beam of light emitting from it.
Once you place the crystal on the shrine entrance, go inside and complete the Pupunke Shrine.
Proceed towards the area, and claim the Mighty Zonaite Sword inside the chest straight ahead.
After collecting your reward, continue to the altar, get a Light of Blessing, and complete the Pupunke Shrine.
