Zelda TotK - Where is Kass
Despite not being in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), you can still find some hints about Kass and his whereabouts. Read on to learn more about what possibly happened to Kass and all the in-game hints about him.

Unavailable in Tears of The Kingdom

Unfortunately, Kass is nowhere to be seen in Tears of the Kingdom. You cannot physically find Kass and will only hear rumors and hints about him.

Zelda TotK - Kotts Inn
All daughters of Kass are present in the game. You can find Kheel, Notts, Kotts, Cree, and Genli servicing certain amenities in Rito Village. His wife, Amali, is also in the game.

Despite being present, none of his family members will tell you about his whereabouts.

Zelda TotK - Cooking Pots
As one of the famous easter eggs, Link will hum some familiar tunes from past games when cooking. One of the tunes he will hum is Kass' Theme.

During the Potential Princess Sightings Side Quest, Penn mentions a famous bard that perfected his craft somewhere around Tabantha Bridge Stable. It is possible that he is talking about Kass.

It is possible that Nintendo is saving Kass for a DLC appearance instead. Like in Breath of the Wild, Kass had a major participation in one of the DLC quests and it is likely that he will get the same treatment in Tears of the Kingdom as well.
