Mayaotaki Shrine can be found inside the North Lomei Labyrinth in the Hebra Mountains region. The exact coordinates of the shrine is at -0823, 3535, 0235 but the entrance to the labyrinth it's in is at -0957, 3534, 0234.
You may need to equip the Depth Set or consume dishes that restore your hearts from Gloom affliction, given that the labyrinth is infected with Gloom.
You'll also need to stock up on dishes that provide cold resistance or equip armor like the Snowquill Set to protect yourself from cold.
To reach North Lomei Labyrinth, fast travel to Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, and launch yourself skyward. Once you've reached the skies, glide northeast towards the North Lomei Labyrinth. If you're having a hard time finding it because of the heavy snow in this region, you can check out your map and mark it from there.
This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.
The nearest tower to the North Lomei Labyrinth is the Pikida Stongrove Skyview Tower. You can fast travel to this tower, launch yourself skyward, and start gliding northeast to reach the labyrinth.
Truth is, the tower is still ways away from the labyrinth. You can reach it faster by traveling east from Oshozan-u Shrine if you've already unlocked it!
Mayaotaki Shrine is located in the center of the North Lomei Labyrinth. You'll need to approach it from the western side to find the entrance. You'll know you're in the right place if you find a small camp and a trail of Hylian Pine Cones.
The pine cones immediately come in handy as you'll enter and need to use the campfire at the entrance to create an updraft. Throw in a pine cone to create an updraft powerful enough to help you glide to the other side!
The pine cones will lead you where you need to go, and you'll mostly just need to follow them to get to the shrine. But there are easier ways!
Following the trail, you will eventually pass a niche, short enough for you to Ascend to the top! Take this path to stand on top of the walls.
Once you're on top of the labyrinth, it's a short walk to the spot where the pine cone path leads. Simply walk east towards the space marked on the map!
You'll know you're on the right spot when you see two glowing torches below you! Once you spot them, glide down.
Simply follow the pine cone path once more and you should spot the shrine! The only thing left to do now is to melt the ice that blocks the entrance! You can use various fire items or create a campfire to achieve this.
Fortunately, there are no puzzles that need to be solved inside the shrine. Simply open the chest inside to receive a Diamond and examine the altar to get a Light of Blessing.
