Steps to View Recipes | |

1 | Open your Inventory using the + button and scroll to the Food Inventory tab. |
2 | Press the X button while in the Food Inventory to check your recipes and open the Recipe Book. |
3 | Scroll to the recipe you want to view and then press the Y button to view its history and see alternate ingredients that you have used previously. |
You can make Cooked Dishes by placing ingredients on a Cooking Pot. Doing this unlocks more buffs and added health recovery from the ingredients used.
The buffs and status effects on cooked food depend on the type and amount of ingredients you add.
