Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower

Koltin will appear behind the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. After fast traveling here, simply head behind the tower to see him.

Snowfield Stable

From the Snowfield Stable, walk south to find Koltin. He can also be spotted immediately from the Orochium Shrine.

Isle of Rabac

Koltin can also be found at Isle of Rabac in Eldin Mountains. The closest landmark from this is YunoboCo HQ. Simply follow the west side of the road to reach Isle of Rabac.

Hyrule Field Chasm

Find your way to Jiosin Shrine and head north. You can find Koltin just past the Hyrule Fields Chasm.

Lake Hylia

You can find Koltin on top of the hills east of Lake Hylia. Also, you can paraglide to this area from Popla Foothills Skyview Tower .

Gerudo Desert Gateway

Head to Gerudo Canyon Stable and climb the wall facing it. Koltin will be at the very top of this plateau.

To complete this mission, head to Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and find Koltin in the surrounding area. He can easily be seen behind the tower. You can only do this during the nighttime.
