Rutafu-um Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be unlocked by completing The Northwest Hebra Cave Crsytal Shrine Quest in the Hebra Mountains Region. Read on to learn how to unlock Rutafu-um Shrine, its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Rutafu-um Shrine!

Rutafu-um Shrine Location
Hebra Mountains North West Cave, Hebra Mountains Region
Rutafu-um Shrine can be found inside the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave in the Hebra Mountains Region. The entrance of the cave can be found west of Selmie's Spot near Hebra East Summit.
The exact coordinates of the Rutafu-um Shrine is at -2998, 3105, 0514.
You will need to complete The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal Shrine Quest in order to unlock the Rutafu-um Shrine.
Travel to Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, and launch yourself from there to glide west towards the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave.
Rauru's Blessing
This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.

Video Guide
1. Go Down the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave
Rutafu-um Shrine is located deep within Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave. The entrance of the cave is just west of Selmie's Spot near Hebra East Summit.
When you find the mouth of the cave, look for a hole on the ground and glide down from there.
2. Fuse a Weapon with the Icicle Nearby
Inside the cave are a couple of icicles. There should be one near where you landed. Fuse this icicle with a weapon of your choice.
3. Defeat the Bokoblins in the Area
Continue forward to find a couple of Bokoblins hanging out by the icy lake. Defeat all of them before making your way to the shrine.
4. Examine the Shrine
After defeating the Bokoblins, venture deeper into the cave until you find the shrine. Examine the terminal to activate the The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal Shrine Quest.
5. Build a Bridge of Ice Sheets
After activating the Shrine Quest, look for the shore on the north end of the icy lake. Take out the weapon you Fused with the icicle a while ago, and swing it on top of the water.
Hop on top of the ice sheet it creates and continue making sheets of ice until you've built a bridge that's long enough to reach the green crystal.
6. Grab the Green Crystal from the Lake
Once the green crystal is within reach, grab it from underwater using Ultrahand and bring it back to the shore.
7. Take the Green Crystal Back to the Shrine
Pick up the green crystal and return it to the shrine to unlock it.

Claim Your Rewards
Unlocking the shrine is the trial itself so all you need to do inside is to claim your rewards! Open the chest to get a Topaz and examine the altar to get a Light of Blessing.
