In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), you can only get Divine Helms as Divine Beasts are not in the game. Read on to see what happened to the Divine Beasts and how to get these helms.
List of Contents

Divine Beasts are large mechanical giants that resembles animals. They mostly served as Breath of the Wild's dungeons and the source of Link with new abilities.
In Tears of the Kingdom, Divine Beasts seemed to have disappeared. You will not be able to find the anywhere nor do any quests involving these robots.

It is possible that the removal of Divine Beasts is due to plot relevance. As Breath of the Wild revolved around Sheikah Technology, it made sense to have Divine Beasts. However, Tears of the Kingdom is a new story itself that takes part years after the events of Breath of the Wild. Divine Beasts will serve no purpose in thew new story.

In one of the early cutscenes, it is hinted that the Divine Beasts may have been dismantled and further recycled to become useful landmarks in Hyrule. Some may have been repurposed to become Skyview Towers, while some may have contributed to the creation of the Purah Pad.
