Josiu Shrine Quest Puzzle Solution

Josiu Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be unlocked by completing The North Necluda Sky Crystal Shrine Quest in the West Necluda Sky Region. Read on to learn how to unlock Josiu Shrine, its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Josiu Shrine!

North Necluda Sky Archipelago

Josiu Shrine can be found on one of the islands located at the North Necluda Sky Archipelago in the West Necluda Sky Region.

The exact coordinates of the Josiu Shrine is at 1759, -1209, 0924.

You wll need to complete The North Necluda Sky Crystal Shrine Quest in order to unlock the Josiu Shrine.

It can be reached easily by launching yourself skyward from Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and paragliding east.

Rauru's Blessing

This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.

The North Necluda Sky Crystal Shrine Quest Walkthrough

1. Reach the Skies via the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower
2. Examine the Shrine
3. Rotate the Apparatus Clockwise
4. Recall the Apparatus
5. Place the Green Crystal on the Moving Island
6. Glide to the Apparatus and Rotate it Clockwise
7. Offer the Green Crystal to Josiu Shrine

Video Walkthrough

1. Reach the Skies via the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower

The island Josiu Shrine is on can be reached by launching yourself skyward using the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower.

Once you reach the skies, paraglide east and use your Purah Pad Sensor to locate where Josiu Shrine is. It should be near from where you were launched so you won't have a hard time finding it.

2. Examine the Shrine

Once you find Josiu Shrine, examine it to start ”The North Necluda Sky Crystal” Shrine Quest.

3. Rotate the Apparatus Clockwise

Find the strange apparatus near the shrine, then use Ultrahand to rotate it clockwise until one of its ends is connected to the island you're on.

Hop onto the moving island afterwards.

4. Recall the Apparatus

Next, use Recall on the apparatus you rotated earlier so that the moving island you're on connects back to the island where the green crystal is.

5. Place the Green Crystal on the Moving Island

Get off the moving island and onto the island where the green crystal is. Then, pick up the crystal or grab it using Ultrahand, and place it on the moving island.

6. Glide to the Apparatus and Rotate it Clockwise

Leave the green crystal on the moving island for now, and glide back to the apparatus.

Use Ultrahand once more to rotate the apparatus clockwise until the moving island is connected to the island you're on.

7. Offer the Green Crystal to Josiu Shrine

Finally, pick up the green crystal from the moving island, and offer it to Josiu Shrine to complete the Shrine Quest and unlock the shrine.

Claim Your Rewards at the Altar

Fortunately, you don't need to solve any more puzzles inside the shrine. Simply open the chest inside to get a Large Zonai Charge, and examine the altar to get a Light of Blessing.
