Use Ultrahand to Place the Minecart on the Railing

Zelda TotK - Use Ultrahand to Place the Mineminecart on the Railing
Use Ultrahand to pick up the minecart and place it on the railing. The minecart will automatically attach itself on the railing when you deactivate Ultrahand.

Attach a Fan Zonai Device

Zelda TotK - Attach a Fan Zonai Device
Use Ultrahand to pick up a Fan Zonai Device and attach it on the end of the minecart.

Ride the Minecart and Hit the Fan to Activate It

Jump on the minecart and hit the fan with your weapon to activate it and move the minecart in the direction of where the fan is facing. Hit the fan again to stop the minecart from moving.
