As soon as you enter the shrine, keep moving forward until you reach the bigger room where a Training Construct is waiting for you.
Next, aim for the Training Construct's head and shoot it with a bow and arrow. There's a spare bow and arrow in one corner of the room in case you don't have one with you.
After shooting the lone Training Construct's head, two more Training Constructs will appear behind it. Shoot their heads as well.
Successfully defeating all three Training Constructs will clear the shrine. Proceed to the innermost chamber to collect a Light of Blessing and a Strong Construct Bow.
