How to Unlock Popla Foothills Skyview Tower

Free Elmerson at Popla Foothills Excavation Site

The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower's terminal is not working and needs to be repaired. Travel to the Popla Foothills Excavation Site at 0608, -2210, 0052 and head inside.

Step on the pressure plate near the stone bars to free Elmerson. He will give you 50 Rupees as a reward for freeing him, and will proceed in fixing the tower's terminal.
