There are a total of 18 Goddess Statues in Hyrule which can be found on the surface and at the sky. Some of these statues are found within towns, while some are tied to side quests.

There are 16 Goddess Statues on Hyrule's surface. The larger statues found in the Forgotten Temple, Temple of Time, and all three Springs have a corresponding Bargainer Statue underneath them at the Depths.

What to Do at Goddess Statues

Exchange Lights of Blessings for Hearts or Stamina

Zelda TotK - Heart Container

The main purpose of Goddess Statues around Hyrule is to get more Heart Containers to extend Link's health or obtain Stamina Vessels to increase Link's stamina wheel by exchanging Lights of Blessings, which are obtained after clearing Shrines.

Zelda TotK - Upgrade Using Sage

You can also power up your Sages' Abiltiies which you will get after clearing Temples with the use of Sage's Wills. After upgrading, the Sages' damage output will be improved.
