Behind a Waterfall in Pristine Sanctum North of Lulu Lake

You can find King Dorephan hiding behind a waterfall of the Pristine Sanctum. To get there, fast travel to the Ihen-a Shrine and glide west of Lulu Lake. Drop down under the small hole north of the lake to find him.

Finding King Dorephan completes one objective of the Clues to the Sky main quest.
