List of Contents
Kisinona Shrine can be found west of Cephla Lake in the Eldin Canyon Region.
The exact coordinates of the Kisinona Shrine is at 2567, 1246, 0173.
The Kisinona Shrine is surrounded by a rocky terrain, given that it is located in the Eldin Canyon Region.
Travel to Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, and launch yourself from there to glide north towards the Kisinona Shrine.
This is a Puzzle type Shrine, so you need to solve the puzzle to reach the end and get a Light of Blessing.
Try to look around the area to find a way to move forward, and remember to use Link's Ultrahand, Ascend, or Recall abilities!
All Abilities and How to Unlock
Once you've entered Kisinona Shrine, one of the first things you'll notice is a rotating device in the center of the room. Head to the right side where two Fans will be.
Using Ultrahand, raise the Fans and attach them on opposite ends of the circle. Be sure to have them on their sides, facing opposite directions so that it can turn!
Using your Bow, hit the Fans to get them going! This should begin to move the circle and blow at the propellers around it. The wind will make them spin and light up.
If all propellers light up green, the door to the next area will open! If it does not, try checking to be sure that the Fans are on opposite sides.
Before leaving the room, take one Fan and lay it at the base of the pillar! Be sure that the airflow is going upwards!
Use the Wind Current to access the chest at the top and snag your reward!
One you've collected the item in the chest, go through the doorway to examine the Shrine!

The Mighty Construct Bow can be obtained by using one of the Fans in the room to propel yourself upwards. Simply grab one using Ultrahand and lay it on the floor next to the pillar.
Be sure that the airflow is pointed upwards so you can glide up!
