Cima and her Dondons can be found on the north side of Lakeside Stable. You can fast travel to Joju-u-u Shrine to access this stable.
If you're having a hard time looking for Cima and her Dondons, you can ask Shay for directions. He will be in front of the stable next to an open campfire.
The main function of Dondons is to help you convert Luminous Stones for Rare Ores. You can feed Dondons up to five times, but will only get one random ore.
Dondons will take 10 minutes of real-life time when producing ores. You cannot speed this up with any time passing methods.
After getting ores, you can immediately feed Dondons again to start another production. This is a good way to farm ores and you can use all of Cima's Five Dondons to get more.
To feed Dondons, simply place a Luminous Stone in front of them. Once they're done eating, you can leave the place and return after ten minutes to see the results.
Each Dondon can eat five Luminous Stones and feeding them the maximum value can increase the value of the ores they will produce.
Converting luminous stones to rare ores might seem like a good idea, especially if you're planning to sell them for rupees. However, the fact that you need to wait ten minutes to get them makes this method inefficient. It is best to use other methods to when farming for rupees.
If you do have a lot of luminous stones with you, feeding them to Dondons is a better trade. Rare ores like Diamond and Sapphire have plenty of uses like for adding weapon effects or upgrading armor, but getting them is not easy.

You can only get one of these items randomly per Dondon. However, you can increase the chances of getting rare ones by feeding one Dondon at least five Luminous Stones.
