Yiga Schematics are located inside storehouses in Yiga Hideouts. However, theses storehouses have seals on their doors; to unlock this seal, defeat the Seal Guard that are usually close by. They are marked similiar to the seals on the doors.
To eliminate them easier, launch into the air, equip your bow with a Bomb Flower, then aim towards the Seal Guard.

Before you start collecting these schematics, it's important to unlock the Autobuild ability first. Without this, you cannot access any Yiga Schematics or Schema Stones you have collected or any contraptions you have built.
Select the schematic you want to build. This would range from controlled gliders to tanks! Take note that any contraption you build will be saved in the Autobuild's history list, which is located at the bottom of the schematics list.
Build! If there are Zonai devices nearby, you can use these to build your chosen contraption. Alternatively, you can layout devices you get from Zonai Dispensers, which makes building a contraption readily available anywhere, any time.
However, if there are no Zonai devices in the area or you don't have any in your inventory, you can use Zonaites to build your contraptions! Just make sure you have enough Zonaites for each schematic.
Acquiring Yiga Schematics and Schema Stones unlocks schematics used for building contraptions via the Autobuild ability. With these, Link will be able to produce devices that can help him travel or defeat enemies.
There are 34 Yiga Schematics and 12 Schema Stones Link can collect throughout Hyrule.
To make use of this schematics, you need to first unlock Autobuild by going to the Great Abandoned Central Mine. You can access this quest during the A Mystery in the Depths main quest. However, you can directly go there without needing to initiate the quest.
