Be sure to select the right type of map and toggle between the Sky, Surface, and Depths on the lower left corner for the boss icon to appear.

Frox will open its mouth and charge at you. Throw a Bomb Flower into its mouth. It will explode, causing Frox to be stunned for several seconds and fall to the ground. This is your chance to jump onto its back.
When Frox is stunned, jump onto its back and strike the Zonaite crystals with a two-handed weapon to destroy them quickly. Destroying all crystals will defeat Frox. After destroying one or two, Frox will launch you into the air.
After being launched into the air Frox will open its mouth, expecting to swallow you. Glide in the air for a bit, then fire an arrow fused with a Bomb Flower into its mouth. This will stun it once more, allowing you to destroy more crystals.

I've checked 3 of the frox locations on the map. 1 was right on. The 2nd was off by enough to be ridiculous for the place the pin showed on your map and the 3rd didn't exist at all. I'm using Sensor+ as well. Recheck your content and fix your map. I'm googling a different map
