The only way to obtain Epona is to scan the Super Smash Bros. Link amiibo or the Twilight Princess Link amiibo. Epona will appear on the first scan and you must catch her to register her at the stable.

・Balanced in all aspects, making it one of the best horses to use.
・N/A indicates that Epona cannot be used to pull carriages and other objects.
・Gentle temperament makes the horse less likely to disobey your orders.

Epona Cannot Be Renamed

You cannot rename Epona when you register her at the stable. The option to name the horse does not appear when you do so.

How to Tame Wild Horses

Epona's Bridle and Saddle Cannot Be Replaced

Epona comes with her own set of bridle and saddle once you register her at the stable. However, you cannot replace the bridle and saddle with another one.

You Cannot Attach Towing Harness to Epona

The Towing Harness lets you attach a wagon or carriage to a horse for them to tow. Epona is one of the few horses that you cannot attach the Towing Harness to tow objects.
