Ren-Iz Shrine (Jump the Gaps) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found east of Hyrule Castle in the Hyrule Field Region. Read on to learn its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Ren-Iz Shrine.
List of Contents
Ren-Iz Shrine can be found east of Hyrule Castle, specifically in the Crenel Hills of Hyrule Field. It is concealed within the decaying stump of a large tree.
The exact coordinates of the Reni-Iz Shrine is at 0753, 0820, 0081. The shrine is also located at the bottom of a large, shallow chasm.
Travel to Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, and launch yourself from there to glide east towards the Ren-Iz Shrine.
This is a Puzzle type Shrine, so you need to solve the puzzle to reach the end and get a Light of Blessing.
Try to look around the area to find a way to move forward, and remember to use Link's Ultrahand, Ascend, or Recall abilities!
All Abilities and How to Unlock
In the first room, take the nearby metal plate and cover the small hole while also creating an inclined ramp leading into the basket-like structure across the gap.
With the ramp in position, hit the nearby switch. A ball should slide down, roll up, cross the gap, and fall into the basket across, opening the gate to the next room.
Two metal slabs, one rectangular and one square, are found in the second room. Use Ultrahand to attach them in a way that forms a steep ramp. As you did in the previous room, position the ramp to be able to lead up and launch a ball towards the basket-like structure in this room.
With the ramp in position, hit the nearby switch. A larger ball should slide down, roll up, and get launched into the basket further away, unlocking the gate to the end of the shrine.
Before you leave, don't forget to grab the Mighty Zonaite Shield from the chest in the second room. You can reach it by attaching the two metal slabs together to bridge the gap between the main platform and where the chest is.
Once you get the item from the chest, proceed to the altar to finish the shrine.

The treasure chest is located in the second room and can be reached before you solve the second puzzle. Use both metal slabs to bridge the gap between the main platform and where the chest is.
Opening the chest will reward you with a Mighty Zonaite Shield.
