All Abilities and How to Unlock

Ren-Iz Shrine Puzzle Solution

  1. Place an Inclined Ramp
  2. Roll the Ball Into the Basket
  3. Form Another Ramp in the Next Room
  4. Roll a Second Ball Into the Basket
  5. Grab the Chest

Video Guide

1. Place an Inclined Ramp

In the first room, take the nearby metal plate and cover the small hole while also creating an inclined ramp leading into the basket-like structure across the gap.

2. Roll the Ball Into the Basket

With the ramp in position, hit the nearby switch. A ball should slide down, roll up, cross the gap, and fall into the basket across, opening the gate to the next room.

3. Form Another Ramp in the Next Room

Two metal slabs, one rectangular and one square, are found in the second room. Use Ultrahand to attach them in a way that forms a steep ramp. As you did in the previous room, position the ramp to be able to lead up and launch a ball towards the basket-like structure in this room.

4. Roll a Second Ball Into the Basket

With the ramp in position, hit the nearby switch. A larger ball should slide down, roll up, and get launched into the basket further away, unlocking the gate to the end of the shrine.

5. Grab the Chest

Before you leave, don't forget to grab the Mighty Zonaite Shield from the chest in the second room. You can reach it by attaching the two metal slabs together to bridge the gap between the main platform and where the chest is.

Once you get the item from the chest, proceed to the altar to finish the shrine.
