Ijo-o Shrine (More Than Defense) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found near the West Hebra Sky Archipelago in the Hebra Mountains Sky region. Read on to learn its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Ijo-o Shrine.

Ijo-o Shrine can be found near the West Hebra Sky Archipelago north of the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower in the Hebra Mountains Sky Region. It's exact coordinates are -3860, 2682, 0702.
In order to survive the trip to this shrine, you'll need to prepare yourself for the cold!

This is a Puzzle type Shrine, so you need to solve the puzzle to reach the end and get a Light of Blessing.
Try to look around the area to find a way to move forward, and remember to use Link's Ultrahand, Ascend, or Recall abilities!
All Abilities and How to Unlock
When you proceed to the area, you will see a Soldier Construct equipped with a Flame-Emitter Shield. Defeat it, and get the shield it dropped.
Equip the Flame-Emitter Shield, and melt the giant chunk of ice that's blocking your path.
There is another giant chunk of ice in the nearby vicinity. Equip the Flame-Emitter Shield, and melt it to reveal a chest.
Open the chest, and acquire Arrow x5.
During your progress, you will see a Soldier Construct equipped with a Stone-Slab Shield. Defeat it to acquire the Stone-Slab Shield.
Equip the Stone-Slab Shield, and block the flames obstructing your path.
Equip your best weapons and armor, and defeat the Soldier Construct roaming below the area.
Roam the area and look for a bunch of Rusty Shields placed on a cemented pedestal. There are also a lot of Rockets scattered around.
Equip a Rusty Shield, and use Fuse to combine both the Rusty Shield and any Rocket in the vicinity.
Use the shield equipped with a rocket, and fly upwards. After you have gained enough height, glide over towards the altar, get a Light of Blessing, and complete the Ijo-o Shrine.
