The only way to get Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom at a cheaper price is to redeem the game using the Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers.
Purchasing these gives you a pair of game vouchers that you can redeem each one for a digital game in the Nintendo eShop.
For example, you can use one voucher to purchase Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and the other for another eligible game, such as Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Buying these two games in the eShop costs $129.98 in total, but using the vouchers saves you at least $30.
Be sure to use the vouchers within 12 months from the purchase date.
You need to have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription in order to purchase the Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers and redeem the games.
Note that the game vouchers are not available for those who are using the Nintendo Switch Online 7-day free trial.
