Otutsum Shrine (Rauru's Blessing0) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found in Risoka Snowfield in the Gerudo Highlands Region. Read on to learn its location, how to reach it, its puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Otutsum Shrine.
Otutsum Shrine can be found west of Gerudo Summit in the Gerudo Highlands Region.
The exact coordinates of the Otutsum Shrine is at -4468, -0670, 0509.
To get there, fast travel to Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, and launch yourself skyward. Once you're in the skies, start gliding northwest towards Otutsum Shrine.
The shrine is surrounded by a snowy terrain, given that it is located near the Gerudo Summit. Make sure that you're well-equipped to face the cold by cooking dishes that provide cold resistance or by equipping the Snowquill Set.
This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.
Access your map, and fast travel to Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. Then, examine its terminal to launch yourself skyward.
Once you've reached the skies, start gliding northwest until you've reached Otutsum Shrine. You'll need around 2 stamina wheels to reach the shrine itself, so make sure you have dishes that provide stamina if you haven't upgraded yours.
Although Otutsum Shrine is quite easy to get to, there are two major enemies in its vicinity.
A Frost Gleeok lurks atop Gerudo Summit and a White-Maned Lynel can be found roaming the area around Risoka Snowfield. You may want to avoid these enemies if you don't plan on fighting them.
Once you've reached Otutsum Shrine, simply examine its terminal to activate it.
Proceed towards the area, and claim the Topaz inside the chest straight ahead.
After collecting your reward, continue to the altar and complete the Otutsum Shrine.
