Head inside Hyrule Castle's throne room area. Inside you can find the ruins of the area and two fire pits at both sides of the throne. The coordinates are: -0255, 1043, 0338

Use a flame weapon to light the two fire pits. This will show a short cutscene of the statue behind the throne to slide, opening the tomb.

If you lack a flame weapon, try attaching Fire Fruit to arrows or throwing the fruits directly to light the pits.
How to Throw Items and Materials

Head inside the tomb and open the treasure chest to obtain the Champion's Leathers.
Obtaining the Champion's Leather will automatically complete the A New Champion's Tunic even if you have not started the side quest.

Before departing from Hyrule Castle, consider running to Serutabomac Shrine if you haven't done so already. The shrine makes for a convenient fast travel point for later exploration of the castle.
