Sihajog Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found on Valor Island in the Lanayru Great Spring Sky region after doing the Dive Ceremony. Read on to learn how to unlock Sihajog Shrine, its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Sihajog Shrine.
Sihajog Shrine can be found on Valor Island in the Lanayru Great Spring Sky region. The exact coordinates of the shrine are 4548, -0846, 1120 but it will stay hidden until you've completed the Dive Ceremony on the island.
To reach Valor Island, launch yourself skyward from Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and glide northeast. Don't forget to equip clothing like the Snowquill Set or cook dishes that use Sunshrooms or Spicy Peppers to provide yourself with cold-resistance.
The island itself is a bit far from where you were propelled, so make sure you have enough stamina or dishes that will provide stamina with you.

This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.
To get to Valor Island, fast travel to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and launch yourself skyward. Once you're able, take out your parachute and start gliding northeast to reach a bunch of tall, floating islands in the distance.
Once you reach Valor Island, go to its base and look for a Steward Construct standing by the pond. Talk to it and say that you're ready for the Dive Ceremony.
The game will then bring you at the summit of Valor Island where a terminal is waiting for you. Examine it to start the ceremony. When you're ready, jump from the edge of the cliff where the green ring is.
After jumping off the cliff, a number of green rings will start appearing in the air. You need to pass through all of them in order to unlock Sihajog Shrine. This challenge seems easy but the clouds and the rocky cliffs can make it hard to maneuver through the rings.
Luckily, this challenge isn't timed so take your time to carefully maneuver through the green rings while free falling.
Successfully passing through all of the rings and landing safely on the water will make Sihajog Shrine appear. Examine its terminal to activate the shrine.
After getting your rewards from the shrine, talk to the Steward Construct to attempt the Dive Ceremony again. This time, you need to pass through all of the rings in less than 35 seconds to receive the Glide Mask!
After you've unlocked the shrine, simply enter it and open the chest inside to claim your reward - a Diamond. Don't forget to examine the altar to get a Light of Blessing!
