The Hyrule Field Skyview Tower is located at the middle of an enemy encampment. Defeat all the enemies to safely secure the route to the tower and then activate it.

How to Unlock Hyrule Field Skyview Tower

No Other Conditions Needed

Upon reaching the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, there are no other additional things to do to activate the tower.

Simply walk up to the terminal and interact with it to initiate the tower and unlock that section of the map.
