Maoikes Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found inside Bone Pond East Cave in the Lanayru Wetlands Region. Read on to learn its location, how to reach it, its puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Maoikes Shrine.
Maoikes Shrine can be found inside Bone Pond East Cave in the Lanayru Wetlands Region. The cave has multiple entrances but we recommend entering from the skull entrance that's on top of the mountain to avoid the enemies inside.
You can find the shrine at 2275, 0417, 0079 but the cave's skull entrance can be found at 2251, 0093, 0128. It can be reached by gliding southwest from the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower. When you reach the area, look for a huge skull sitting atop a mountain and drop down inside it.
This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.

You can reach Bone Pond East Cave by fast traveling to Upland Zorana Skyview Tower and heading southwest. Once you reach the area indicated on the map above, look for a huge skull sitting on top of a mountain.
The cave actually has 3 entrances but we recommend entering it from the top of the mountain to avoid the enemies inside. The exact coordinates of this particular entrance is at 2251, 0093, 0128.
Once you've reached the skull entrance, carefully glide down and you should see the shrine! Note that there are enemies further below so if you wish to avoid them, be careful when gliding in!
As luck would have it, there are no puzzles that need to be solve inside the shrine! Simply open the chest inside to get a Diamond and examine the altar to receive a Light of Blessing.
