Ishokin Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be unlocked by completing Ride the Giant Horse Shrine Quest in the Faron Grasslands Region. Read on to learn how to unlock Ishokin Shrine, its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Ishokin Shrine!

Ishokin Shrine Location
Zokassa Ridge, Faron Grasslands
Ishokin Shrine can be found along the Zokassa Ridge and east of Oseira Plains in the Faron Grasslands Region. The exact coordinates of the shrine is at -0565, -3524, 0129.
The Ishokin shrine is located on top of a grassy hill, given that it is situated along the Zokassa Ridge.
Travel to Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and launch yourself from there to glide southeast towards Ishokin Shrine.
Rauru's Blessing
This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.

Video Guide
1. Trigger the Shrine Quest
Head to Zokassa Ridge, at the top of the small mountain here. You will find the shrine space, without a shrine. Examine the Shrine and follow the beam to a man by the Crystal.
2. Speak to Baddek
If you passed by the Highland Stables on your way here, you will have heard rumors of a Giant White Horse. It seems Baddek is also looking for it! He will agree to give you the crystal if you find the horse and bring it to him.
3. Head to the Highland Stables
If you are early in the game, you will need to sleep at the stables on a Malanya bed to add an additional circle of stamina for taming the horse. You will need at least 2 circles of Stamina for it. If you cannot, you can also use Stamina boosting items.
4. Head to Ibara Butte
If you take Baddek's advice and speak to the people at the stable, their clues should eventually lead you to Ibara Butte, by the Lake of the Horse God.
5. Sneak Up on the Horse
Try to be very stealthy when sneaking up on the horse, keeping any noisy armor off of you for now. Note that it is likely to notice you once you're near so sprint at the last second and mount the horse!
6. Tame the Horse
Hit the L button until the horse is tamed. Again, you will need at least 2 circles of stamina in order to do so.
6a. Register the Horse
You can keep the Giant White Horse by registering it at the Highlands Stable! This is completely optional though.
7. Return to Baddek
Return to Baddek and bring the horse with you. He will not take the horse, but will give you the crystal regardless!
8. Bring the Crystal to the Shrine
Use Ultrahand to bring the Crystal to the Shrine and unlock it!
Ishokin Shrine Walkthrough
1. Enter the Shrine
Simply enter the shrine and open the chest in the center to grab a Topaz.
2. Examine the Shrine
Examine the shrine to receive your reward, a Light of Blessing!
