How to Beat Flame Gleeok |

|
Climb up rocks or pillars to get a better view of Flame Gleeok's heads. Using a Rocket Shield is also a good way to get up close.
You will have to hit its heads with arrows until it is stunned. Fusing Splash Fruits to your arrows is recommended.
When Flame Gleeok drops its heads to the floor, deal damage to its heads in order to inflict great damage. Repeat this process until it is defeated.
At low health, Flame Gleeok will fly higher into the air. Follow it by riding the updrafts from its fireball attacks with your paraglider to fly upwards. This can help you reach Flame Gleeok and be at a closer range to hit it with your arrows.
You can also attach Ice Keese Eyeballs to your arrows to inflict more damage against Flame Gleeoks. This not only provides you elemental advantage against Flame Gleeok, but also improves your precision when hitting the Gleeok's Head with your arrow.
Things to Prepare Before Fighting Flame Gleeok | ||
---|---|---|
Lightscale Trident | Fierce Deity Sword | Savage Lynel Bow |
Great Eagle Bow | Dusk Bow | Steel Lizal Bow |
Having these weapons will help you inflict massive damage on the Flame Gleeok during your battle. If you do not have any of these, you can use early game weapons like the Dusk Bow and Steel Lizal Bow which you can get in the Hyrule Castle.
As the battle against Flame Gleeok heavily relies on bows, it is recommended to stock up on arrows before fighting it. You can do this by buying arrows from Beedle near stables or from towns and settlements shops, and from breaking overworld crates.

Flame Gleeok This three-headed monster first appeared after the Upheaval. Fighting it alone is inadvisable, as its three heads will attack you all at once. Creates powerful flames within its body. When someone sets foot upon its turf, this beast will engulf the intruder and their surroundings in a fierce blaze. |
