To see all Flame Gleeok locations and where to find them, toggle the Flame Gleeok Icon (TOTK - Gleeok Wing,Gleeok Flame Horn,Gleeok Guts Icon) on the right side of the Interactive Map, or use the Search function.


Be sure to select the right type of map and toggle between the Sky, Surface, and Depths on the lower left corner for the boss icon to appear.

Where to Find the Flame Gleeok

There are only three Flame Gleeoks in Tears of the Kingdom. You can find them all in three different regions.

Bridge of Hylia

Overworld Location Map Location
Coordinates: -0043, 2496, 0045

Use the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide west to reach this area. You can find the Flame Gleeok rested in the middle of the bridge.

Spectacle Rock

Coordinates: -2135, -2600, 0409

Use the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and glide south to reach this area. You can find the Flame Gleeok on top of the big rock.

Ancient Columns

Overworld Location Map Location
Coordinates: -3648, 0431, 0260

Fast travel to Gasas Shrine and climb north east to reach Rayne Highlands. The Ancient Column will be on the east section of the area where you can find a Flame Gleeok guarding the entrance.

Phase 1

Find High Ground to Hit Gleeok Easier

Find High Ground to Hit Gleeok Easier
Climb up rocks or pillars to get a better view of Flame Gleeok's heads. Using a Rocket Shield is also a good way to get up close.

Hit Flame Gleeok's Heads to Stun It

Gleeok
You will have to hit its heads with arrows until it is stunned. Fusing Splash Fruits to your arrows is recommended.

Melee Its Head When Stunned

Hit Flame Gleeok with Melee Attacks When Stunned
When Flame Gleeok drops its heads to the floor, deal damage to its heads in order to inflict great damage. Repeat this process until it is defeated.

Phase 2

Ride Updraft Created by Large Fireball

At low health, Flame Gleeok will fly higher into the air. Follow it by riding the updrafts from its fireball attacks with your paraglider to fly upwards.This can help you reach Flame Gleeok and be at a closer range to hit it with your arrows.

Fuse Ice Keese Eyeballs for More Damage

You can also attach Ice Keese Eyeballs to your arrows to inflict more damage against Flame Gleeoks. This not only provides you elemental advantage against Flame Gleeok, but also improves your precision when hitting the Gleeok's Head with your arrow.

Attaching a Keese Eyeball to your arrow will help you improve your precision when hitting the Flame Gleeok with your bow. This will also help you land explosive strikes without wasting the materials.
