Head to Lookout Landing

Skydive all the way down until you reach ground level. You now have entire Hyrule to explore (well, most of it)!

You can roam around for a bit if you want; find shrines to get blessings for Heart Containers and Stamina Wheels, but for your main objective, you need to head west to the glowing marker until you reach Lookout Landing.

Find Purah

Enter from the front door to find a statue on your left and items like arrows and Zonaites on your right. Further inside you will find Robbie, who will tell you to go find Purah upstairs.

Climb the stairs on the other side until you get on the floor above where you entered from. Josha will approach you as you walk towards the door. Talk to her and she will call Doctor Purah outside.
