Find King Dorephan

The objective marker here doesn't really point where the next destination is. Instead, you'll need to ask around about King Dorephan's whereabouts.

Go back to Zora's Domain and head for the throne room where three Zora kids are playing

They seem to know about the king's secret spot but won't let you listen in.

Listen to the Kids to Get Hints

Circle around the back of the throne room and climb up so you can eavesdrop on the kids. Jump into the throne and get close to the kids until a Listen prompt appears.

You'll find out that the king's secret spot is somewhere between the mountain and the domain, behind a waterfall.

Head to King Dorephan's Secret Spot

Fast travel to Ihen-a Shrine (if you activated it during your first trip to Mipha Court) then glide west to Lulu Lake. King Dorephan can be found under a small hole a bit north of Lulu Lake.

Drop down to Pristine Sanctum and talk to King Dorephan to receive King's Scales. The mark of the king!

Return to Sidon

Return to Mipha Court and tell Sidon about your progress so far. Now to look for clues related to the watery bridge.

Watery Bridge Location

You will obtain the Watery Bridge clue during the Clues to the Sky quest. It refers to the waterfall you can swim up to get to the Sky Island and the Water Temple.

You can access the Watery Bridge by solving the puzzles on the Floating Scales Island and Ancient Zora Waterworks during the Sidon of the Zora Part 2 and Part 3, respectively.

Solve the Rest of the Riddle

If you already scanned the region through the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, quickly open your map and switch to the Sky layer.

East of your current position is a sky island shaped like... a fish! Sidon, my brother in Hylia, you just had to look up.

Wait for a Falling Debris

Wait for a debris falling from that sky island and dive down to where it lands. Hop on that debris then use Recall on it for a quick ride up the land of the sky fish.

Find the Teardrop Stone Fragments

Stand on top of the Floating Scales Island and look down to the southwest direction. You'll spot floating stone fragments that form a droplet shape. Adjust your position by walking around until it gets the shape perfectly.

Now, nock an arrow, Fuse a King's Scale to it, then shoot through the center of the droplet to complete the quest.

Time to report back to Sidon!
