Bamitok Shrine Location and Walkthrough

Bamitok Shrine (Rauru's Blessing) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found inside Mount Dunsel's Cave near Lurelin Village in the East Necluda region. Read on to learn its location, how to reach it, its puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Bamitok Shrine.

Bamitok Shrine Location

Mount Dunsel's Cave, East Necluda

Bamitok Shrine can be found inside Mount Dunsel's Cave in Mount Dunsel in the East Necluda Region. The cave is just northeast of Lurelin Village and the shrine's exact coordinates are 3094, -3209, 0082.

Mount Dunsel's Cave actually has two entrances but we recommend the one near Lurelin Village with the coordinates 3289, -3367, 0066 because it's much easier to get to.

The nearest tower to the cave is Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and you need to head southeast from the tower to reach the cave's entrance.

You can also start from Sifumim Shrine if you've already unlocked it and go east from there to reach Mount Dunsel's Cave much faster. Just be careful of the monsters roaming around Lurelin Village if you haven't cleared the place of its pirates.

This is a Rauru's Blessing Shrine with a treasure chest inside as well as a Light of Blessing at the altar.

How to Reach Bamitok Shrine

1. Head Southeast From Rabella Wetlands Tower
2. Go Deeper Into the Cave
3. Place a Plank on the Water and Use Ascend
4. Go Up the Slope to Reach the Shrine

1. Head Southeast From Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower

To reach the entrance to Mount Dunsel's Cave, teleport to Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and launch yourself skyward. Once you're able, glide southeast until you reach Mount Dunsel Cave's entrance.

The entrance is surrounded by water, so you'll need to swim across it to reach the cave.

Optional: Head East From Sifumim Shrine

A much faster way of reaching Mount Dunsel's Cave is by traveling east from Sifumim Shrine. The shrine is just northwest of Lurelin Village and is much closer to the cave's entrance.

However, you need to be wary of the monsters roaming around the area if you still haven't cleared Lurelin Village of its pirates.

2. Go Deeper Into the Cave

Enter the cave and use a bladed weapon to cut down the vines blocking the way. A Horriblin will greet you as you go down the path. You can either ignore it or defeat it for its loot.

After the Horriblin has been dealt with, continue going down the path to find a couple of Shock Likes. Just like with the Horriblin, you can either defeat them for their loot or just go past them to reach the next area.

3. Place a Plank on the Water and Ascend on the Elevated Ledge

Venture deeper into the cave until you reach an elevated ledge surrounded by water. Glide to the shore on your right and defeat the Stalkoblin that will rise up from its slumber. Then, grab the wooden board nearby and place it underneath the elevated ledge.

Next, swim to the wooden plank and use Ascend on the elevated ledge to reach the next area.

Don't miss the chest with a Royal Shield that can be found on top of the elevated ledge!

4. Go Up the Slope to Reach the Shrine

Continue west to find two Rock Likes by a slope. You can either take them down for their loot or run past them.

Once the two monsters have been taken care of, continue going up the slope until you reach Bamitok Shrine.

Receive Rauru's Blessing

After braving the entire cave and its enemies, you'll be rewarded with a Big Battery inside the shrine. After getting your reward from the chest, go to the altar and examine it to receive a Light of Blessing!
