Wiki Berry | A Berry that can be fed to a Pokemon to restore its HP by up to half its max. If a wild Pokemon that hates dry flavors eats one of these Berries, it will briefly pause. |

You can throw a Poke Ball towards a tree to have your Pokemon knock down the berries from the tree. Take note the color of the tree's leaves and berries to determine the type of berry you will pickup.
Certain Wild Pokemon may drop Berries when you capture them or defeat them in a battle, although the chances of it dropping the items are low.
Certain Requests give Berries as a reward for completing them. Check the list of Requests on your Arc Phone to see the rewards listed.
All Request Walkthroughs: How to Unlock All Requests
You can ask Colza at Jubilife Village to grow berries for you. This feature can be unlocked after you have finished the request Help Wanted: Watering the Fields (Request 42). You need to catch 16 Pokemon every time in order for you to harvest the berries you grew at the farm.
Different types of berries can be purchased from Ginkgo Guild Merchants at Jubilife Village.
Ginkgo Guild Profile and Major Characters
You can use berries to distract wild Pokemon that you want to catch. Simply throw the berry near a Pokemon and throw a Poke Ball when it's finally eating the berry. Pokemon that are distracted are easier to catch!
You can also use berries to heal your Pokemon when they're low on HP. This is a cheap and efficient way to keep your team healthy if you don't have enough ingredients for a Potion.
