Found Near Scarlet Bog
Arezu can be located near Scarlet Bog in Crimson Mirelands during the 8th Mission, Arezu's Predicament.
She is situated in an area with dead trees, surrounded by elevated land.
Use Ursaluna's Ability to Pinpoint Arezu

To find Arezu, you need to use Ursaluna's ability of tracking scents while you are riding it. You can locate Arezu by following the blue waves coming out of its nose.
As you get near Arezu, more blue waves will spout in front of Ursaluna. Simply follow the trail where the waves are getting stronger until you find her.
