You can find plenty of Razz Berry trees around Aipom Hill at Cobalt Coastlands. Look for the tree with blueish leaves and orange berries to obtain this particular berry.
If you have picked up all the Razz Berries, you can head to Jubilife Village and return to the area for it to respawn. This comes in handy especially if you need to farm for the items to complete requests, such as The Taste of Home Resquest.
