How to Unlock Watering with Care

Read the blackboard in Laventon's Lab

Unlock Condition

Sudowoodo

This request can be unlocked once you have unlocked Basculegion as a rideable Pokemon and once you have added Sudowoodo to your Pokedex. Check the blackboard in Galaxy Hall, and then go speak to Odo in the Crimson Mirelands start the Request.

Sudowoodo Locations

At this point in the game, the best location to find a Sudowoodo is in Cloudpool Ridge to the northwest of Crimson Mirelands. They are not a very common spawn, so you may need to come back a few times to encounter one.

2	Head to the Crimson Mirelands and talk to Odo at the Bogbound Camp.
3	Show Odo a Pokemon that knows the move Water Pulse.
4	Defeat the agitated Sudowoodo to complete the Request.

Shellos	Location ・Obsidian Fieldlands - Sandgem Flats Learns Water Pulse at Lv. 9
Dewott	Location ・Jubilife Village - Starter Pokemon Learns Water Pulse at Lv. 18

This is by no means an exhaustive list of Pokemon who can learn the move Water Pulse. Rather, Buizel, Psyduck, and Shellos are fairly easy to find and catch, and learn Water Pulse relatively early on.

If at the start of the game, you chose Oshawott as your starter, you won't need to catch a new Pokemon since Dewott, its second-stage evolution learns Water Pulse at Level 18.
