Akari or Rei is your partner in the Survey Corps. Apart from helping you on your journey in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, they will occasionally challenge you to battles to help you both improve and grow!

Her Munchlax is weak to Fighting-Type Moves, so make sure to teach your Pokemon some of these with Zisu.

Warden Lian of the Pearl Clan protects the mighty Noble Kleavor, who he needs you to quell during the Mission The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods.
You'll only be allowed to help Kleavor after proving yourself in battle, so make sure to have Pokemon with Ice, Dragon, or Fairy-Type Moves in your party to beat Warden Lian's Goomy.

How to Beat the Miss Fortune Sisters
Warden Melli of the Diamond Clan will battle you multiple times throughout the Mission Scaling Perilous Heights in order to stop you from quelling the Frenzied Noble Electrode.
The best Pokemon to use against him would be those with high HP as well as Ground-Type Moves.

Commander Kamado is a constant figure in the Survey Corps. leading all of you to completing research on the Pokemon of Hisui. During the Mission Atop Mount Coronet, you'll face the Commander himself in battle.
It's highly recommended you bring a party that, even under-leveled, can exploit the weaknesses of his Pokemon and are resistant to Fairy-Type Moves.
