This request is unlocked after you first gain access to the Cobalt Coastlands during the mission The Lordless Island. Head to the area approaching Bather's Lagoon and talk to Gully to receive the request.

Mission Objectives

Steps to proceed through Setting Up the Coastlands Camp
1 Talk to Gully in the area approaching Bather's Lagoon in Cobalt Coastlands.

PLA Setting Up the Coastlands Camp Quest Marker
Follow the quest marker to Sand's Reach.
You can toggle quest markers by pressing A while hovering over the request in the request list.

PLA Yorrich Location
Talk to Gully in Sand's Reach and find Yorrich.
You can find him at the pinky of the hand-shaped peninsula
4 PLA Defeating Chatot
Defeat the Chatot in battle to complete the request.

Required to Unlock Request 47 and 68

Completing this request is required to unlock Request 47: Balloon Race in the Coastlands held in the Coastlands Camp and Request 68: A Nosepass to Guide the Way given by Gully. Keep in mind there are also other unlock conditions for that request that also need to be met before it is unlocked.
