How to Get Fist Plate

Defeat Commander Kamado during The Plate of Prelude Beach Mission

After defeating the Alpha Vespiquen during The Researcher of Myths Mission, talk to Cogita at the Ancient Retreat and choose all five options. One of these will start The Plate of Prelude Beach Mission.

Head to the Galaxy Expedition Team Headquarters and talk to Commander Kamado. Meet up with him at Prelude Beach and defeat him in battle to obtain the Fist Plate as a reward.
