The quickest way to prepare a Blissey for the Path of Solitude is to capture the Alpha Blissey in Obsidian Falls. Invest 10 Effort Levels into Blissey's HP and Defense so you can endure at least 2 hits of Double-Edge from the opposing Snorlax.
If you max out its HP and Defense Effort Levels, you can have a Blissey with any nature, as long as it is not a Defense decreasing nature.

The opposing Snorlax will likely use Double-Edge to deal damage against your Blissey. By continuously recovering your health with Soft-Boiled, you can defeat Snorlax by making it faint with recoil damage.
