Obtained on Top of Avalugg's Legacy at Alabaster Icelands

After defeating Sabi in a trainer battle and the Hisuian Braviary, use the Rideable Pokemon to fly towards Avalugg's Legacy.

Land on top of the area and investigate the ice at the center to obtain a piece of Eternal Ice.
