Stone Edge and High Horsepower are the best STAB moves for Rhyperior with reliable power, accuracy, and PP. Adding Ice Punch gives Rhyperior unresisted coverage allowing it to hit everything for at least neutral damage.

This moveset also proves useful against the most difficult battles in the game, doing well against Volo's Togekiss, Arcanine, and Lucario. Ice Punch will also prove useful against Garchomp and Giratina.
