Hisuian Typhlosion - How to Get and Location, Evolution, and Research Tasks
Hisuian Typhlosion benefits most from the Modest Nature. The increase in Sp. Atk allows Hisuian Typhlosion to better utilize its special offense. Since most of its attacks are special, it won't mind the drop in Attack.
While a speed increasing nature is often considered for battles in mainline Pokemon games, it doesn't play as big of a factor in Legends: Arceus due to every Pokemon's access to the Agile and Strong Styles. Make up for lower speed by planning around your turn order.
Agile and Strong Styles: How to Master Moves
Flamethrower and Shadow Ball are the best STAB moves for Hisuian Typhlosion with reliable power, accuracy, and PP. Thunder Punch offers good coverage by allowing it to hit Hisuian Samurott and Bibarel, the only two that resist the Fire/Ghost type combination.
This moveset also proves useful against the most difficult battles in the game. Hisuian Typhlosion is well equipped to handle Volo's Lucario and Roserade. He can also deal good damage to Giratina.

In my opinion, Hex is a better move than Shadow Ball. Both get STAB and whilst Shadow Ball is initially stronger both infernal parade and flamethrower can apply the burn status which doubles the power of Hex's attack making it base power 130 compared to the 80 of Shadow Ball
